We’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist who can manage, optimize, and scale US-based Meta & Google Ads campaigns with both creative and analytical expertise.

✨ What You’ll Do:

• Run and optimize US Meta + Google Ads campaigns

• Maintain CPL/CPA targets while scaling ad budgets

• Build and manage lead-gen funnels

• Perform A/B testing and share weekly performance reports

• Collaborate with the creative team for ad visuals, videos, and copy

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in US-region ads

• Strong analytics & optimization skills

• Comfortable working in the US shift

• Basic Canva design and video editing skills (reels, carousels, ad edits)

💡 Bonus Skills:

• Creative direction and storytelling mindset

• Understanding of funnels, retargeting, and audience segmentation

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, TikTok, or Bing Ads
