Personal Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant (Fresher) who can help manage daily office work, scheduling, and coordination. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn and grow in a professional environment while working closely with the founder of an interior design firm.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members

Handle calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication professionally

Maintain documents, files, and project-related information

Assist in preparing presentations, quotations, and reports

Follow up with vendors and clients for project updates

Help in organizing office work and administrative tasks

Support in basic research and data management when required

Skills Required

Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets

Organized and detail-oriented personality

Ability to handle multiple tasks

Willingness to learn and take responsibility

Professional attitude and time management skills

Qualification

Graduate or pursuing graduation in any stream

Freshers are welcome to apply
