Job Description:

We are looking for a, organized, and reliable Personal Assistant to support our Director in daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, professional, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing schedules, appointments, and meetings
• Handling emails, calls, and correspondence
• Maintaining office documents and records
• Coordinating with internal staff and external clients
• Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email, etc.)
• Professional attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Willing and able to travel when required for official purposes.
