Personal Assistant to Founder / Managing Director(Female Candidates Only)

Location: Noida

Work Type: Full-time | Flexible hours | High-responsibility role

Travel: Mandatory – India & International

About the Role:

We are hiring a smart, confident, and highly professional Personal Assistant to work directly with the Founder & Managing Director. This is a position of trust and exposure, requiring someone who is presentable, sharp in communication, and comfortable with frequent travel.

This role is ideal for a woman who wants to grow professionally while working closely with leadership in a fast-moving business environment.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Executive Support, Manage the MD’s daily schedule, meetings, calls, and priorities
  • Act as the primary communication bridge with clients, partners, and team
  • Handle confidential matters with maturity and discretion
  • 2. Travel & On-Ground Coordination Plan and manage domestic & international travel (flights, hotels, visas)
  • Travel with the MD when required for meetings, hospital visits, and partner discussions
  • Coordinate on-ground logistics during trips
  • 3. Business & Office Coordination Follow up with hospitals, vendors, team members, and partners
  • Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and task trackers
  • Support in presentations, events, and high-level meetings
  • 4. Administrative Support Manage documents, files, and basic reporting
  • Coordinate with HR, operations, and finance for daily requirements
  • Skills & Personality We Are Looking For Confident communicator — clear, polite, and professional
  • Well-presented and smart — understands corporate etiquette
  • Organized & proactive — doesn’t wait to be told what to do
  • Emotionally mature & discreet — can handle sensitive matters
  • Comfortable in high-pressure environments
