Executive Personal Assistant to Managing Director

This is not a routine assistant job.

We are looking for a smart, emotionally mature, and highly organized Personal Assistant to work directly with the Managing Director of Incision Abroad — India’s leading medical tourism consultancy.

You will assist with confidential tasks, high-priority follow-ups, founder-level scheduling, and sensitive operations. If you’re someone who thrives in high-pressure environments, wants fast-track growth, and can match the pace of leadership — this role is for you.

🎯 Key Responsibilities: Manage daily calendar, meetings, and follow-ups for the MD

  • Coordinate travel bookings, client appointments, and confidential tasks
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and case files as per instructions
  • Handle high-urgency reminders and ensure nothing slips
  • Communicate with internal teams and hospitals when directed
  • Shadow the MD in meetings or travel (when required)
  • Maintain utmost confidentiality, discipline, and professionalism
