Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Loan Sales Executive to handle loan sourcing and relationship management for Chartered Accountants (CA firms) and Doctors. The role involves generating leads, explaining loan products, and closing cases while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate leads from CA firms, clinics, hospitals, and medical professionals

Pitch and sell loan products such as:

Business Loan

Professional Loan

OD / CC (Overdraft / Cash Credit)

LAP (Loan Against Property)

Build strong relationships with CAs and Doctors for repeat and referral business

Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, documentation, and disbursement process

Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for case login, approval, and disbursement

Collect and verify documents (ITR, bank statements, KYC, financials, etc.)

Follow up regularly with clients to ensure smooth processing

Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain conversion ratios

Maintain MIS and daily sales reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

12th, Graduate (MBA/Commerce preferred but not mandatory)

Experience in loan sales, BFSI, or financial services preferred

Knowledge of business loans & professional loans

Good communication & convincing skills

Ability to deal with high-value professional clients

Experience in handling CA references or Doctor loan cases

Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
