Personal Loan Executive

Job Role & Responsibilities:

1. Call potential customers to promote personal loans and overdraft products.
2. Explain product features, eligibility, and benefits clearly.
3. Maintain follow-ups with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
4. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
5. Report daily activities to the Manager & Team Leader.

Requirements:

1. Fresher – 1 year of experience in telecalling/sales (preferably loans/finance).
2. Good communication and convincing skills.
3. Self-motivated and target-oriented.
4. Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM will be an added advantage.
