Job Role:

As a Personal Loan Advisor, you will be the primary link between the company and our clients, helping individuals secure the financing they need while ensuring a smooth, transparent application process.

Core Responsibilities :

Advise: Guide clients through loan options and interest rate structures.

Analyse: Review credit reports and financial documents for eligibility.

Process: Manage the loan lifecycle from initial application to final funding.

Grow: Convert leads into active loans through proactive outreach and follow-up.

Requirements :

Experience: Proven track record in sales, banking, or financial services.

Skills: Strong negotiation, active listening, Personal Loan & Over Draft and basic math proficiency.
