Personal Loan Executive

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers in applying for personal loans.
2. Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
3. Collect and verify customer documents.
4. Maintain customer records and follow up for pending applications.
5. Coordinate with the credit and verification team.
6. Meet daily/weekly sales targets assigned by the team leader.
7. Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of banking or loan products (training will be provided).
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Computer literacy (MS Excel, Email handling).
• Ability to work in a team environment
