Personal Loan Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Personal Loan Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, educate customers about our personal loan and overdraft products, and ensure a smooth and high-quality experience throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding personal loans and overdraft products.
• Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements clearly.
• Handle inbound queries and provide accurate and timely solutions.
• Follow up with leads to ensure smooth application processing.
• Maintain daily call logs, customer records, and follow-up schedules.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, credit, and sales) for seamless loan processing.
• Meet daily/weekly calling targets and contribute to team performance goals.
• Requirements Minimum 6 months–3 years of experience in telecalling or customer service (preferably in finance/loans).
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Basic understanding of personal loan/overdraft products is an advantage.
• Ability to handle queries patiently and professionally.
• Strong follow-up and documentation skills.
