Personal Loan Executive

Key Responsibilities: Loan specialists are responsible for a variety of tasks related to the loan process, including:

• Evaluating and authorizing loan applications by analyzing applicants’ financial status, credit history, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans. 
• Processing loan applications from start to finish, including collecting necessary documents, preparing loan proposals, and coordinating with underwriters. 
• Managing client portfolios and maintaining ongoing communication to address questions, resolve complaints, and provide tailored financial solutions. 
• Reviewing loan agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and banking regulations. 
• Computing payment schedules and assisting with disbursements, payoff letters, and closing costs.
