Personal Loan Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Personal Loan Executive to handle customer acquisition, loan processing, and disbursement. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, and coordinating with banks/NBFCs for loan approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through cold calling, references, and field work. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable personal loan products. Explain loan features such as interest rate , tenure, eligibility, and documentation. Handle complete loan process from login to disbursement Maintain relationship with customers for repeat business and referrals. Achieve monthly disbursement targets. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate / Undergraduate (with relevant experience)

Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)

Basic knowledge of CIBIL, FOIR, income calculation (preferred)

Freshers with good communication can also apply

Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset

Key Skills Required:

Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Basic understanding of loan process and banking products

Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets

Good follow-up and relationship management skills
