Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Assistant Relationship Officer to join our Noida team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of telesales experience, specifically in promoting Personal Loans and Overdraft products. This is a desk-based (sitting) role, focused on reviewing customer profiles, assisting in loan processing, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads to assess eligibility for personal loans and overdraft products
• Review and verify customer documents and loan application details
• Provide accurate information to clients regarding loan terms, eligibility, and required documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and approval
• Maintain regular follow-up with clients for documentation and updates
• Achieve daily/weekly targets set by the team lead
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, preferably in financial products
• In-depth knowledge of Personal Loans and Overdraft Products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer queries confidently and professionally
• Basic understanding of financial documentation and KYC norms
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
• Graduation in any stream (preferred)
