Personal Loan Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to promote and generate leads for Personal Loans and Overdraft (OD) facilities. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining loan products, and converting inquiries into successful applications.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases/leads.
• Explain features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements for Personal Loans and Overdraft (OD) products.
• Understand customer financial needs and suggest suitable loan options.
• Follow up with interested customers to complete the loan application process.
• Coordinate with sales/credit teams for smooth processing of applications.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer details in CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Prior experience in telecalling, banking, NBFC, or loan sales preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
