We are currently hiring for the position of Inbound Telesales Executive for our Overdraft Product. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are eager to start their career in the financial services sector.

Position: Inbound Telesales Executive – Personal Loan/Overdraft Product

Location: Noida, Sector 63, B Block, Bb-41, First Floor, F-6

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Experience: 0 to 1 year

Experience required in (Overdraft/PL/Loan).

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from customers regarding the overdraft product.
• Explain features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to interested callers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Meet daily call handling and conversion targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream).
• Good communication and listening skills.
• A positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Basic knowledge of banking or financial products is a plus (training will be provided).
• Freshers with a willingness to learn and grow are highly encouraged to apply.
