Personal Loan Sales Team Lead
Role Summary:
Lead and manage the personal loan sales team to achieve business targets, improve productivity, and ensure compliance with company and banking guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive daily sales activities of the team
- Achieve personal and team disbursal targets
- Guide team on product knowledge, sourcing, and conversions
- Monitor performance, MIS, and pipeline management
- Ensure process adherence and coordination with operations
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in personal loan sales
- Proven team handling and target achievement skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
