Job Title: Team Leader – Personal Loan Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a result-driven Team Leader to manage and drive a team of 8–10 sales executives in the personal loan segment. The candidate must possess strong leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of personal loan products across multiple banks/NBFCs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 8–10 sales executives to achieve monthly disbursal targets
• Ensure productivity, conversion, and quality of business sourced by the team
• Maintain strong knowledge of personal loan offerings, policies, and processes across all major banks/NBFCs
• Monitor daily performance, provide training, and implement strategies to improve team output
• Coordinate with banking partners for approvals, escalations, and faster disbursals

Key Requirements:

• Minimum experience in personal loan sales with team handling exposure
• Strong understanding of multi-bank personal loan products and credit policies
• Proven leadership, target orientation, and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
