Job Description
Job Summary:We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Secretary to assist senior management in daily administrative and coordination tasks. The candidate should be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential information.
- Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule, meetings, and appointments
- Handle calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of management
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
- Coordinate with internal teams and external clients
- Maintain records, files, and important documents
- Arrange travel, meetings, and events when required
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
- Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Proven experience as a Personal Secretary / Executive Assistant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Preferred Skills:Good organizational and time-management skills
- Presentable and professional attitude
- Problem-solving ability
- Experience in real estate industry (preferred)
