• Own and resolve customer queries with accuracy and courtesy
• Deliver seamless service adhering to process and compliance standards
• Handle customer complaints with efficiency and ensure first-time resolution Achieve call quality and minimal handling time metrics
• Cross-sell & upsell products like: Personal loan, Home Loans Mortgages Priority/Elite Banking Accounts

Role Proficiencies:

• MBA Fresher can apply, If Any graduate Minimum 2yrs exp is mandatory
• Excellent communication in English
• Handling 80-100 calls
• Proficiency in banking platforms, Sales-focused with strong lead conversion ability
• High team spirit and customer-first approach
• Rotational Shift and Rotational Off ,For Females No Night Shift
• For Males Night shift Allowance will be given No travel Allowance
