Phone Banking Officer

Please find enclosed the requirement for Customer Relationship officers/Phone Banking Officer for one of our client. New Opportunity- Customer Service(Inbound)

** Open to Graduates/Fresher’s and Undergraduates with minimum one year experience

** Hiring for Permanent role

** Languages – Proficient in English and Hindi ( English equivalent to versant Level 4 and above).

** Shift Window: 6 day working process, 8AM-8PM, 9 hour rotational shift and week off

Male WFO : 8AM-8PM work schedule across multiple shifts with rotational weekly off (as per process roster)

Female WFO: 8AM – 6 PM window work schedule across multiple shifts with rotational weekly off (as per process roster)

Salary:

Associates –– 17.5K (Fresher) [14000 {Basic} + 2000 {RB}+ 1500{TA})

Associates –– 18.5K ( Experience) [15000 {Basic} + 2000 {RB}+ 1500{TA})

Apart from this Variable amount(Performance linked Incentive)

Shuttle services provided (Sec 37 Bus Stand, Golf Course Metro, Noida City Centre, Sec- 52Noida Metro, Sec 59 Noida Metro)

NAPS/NATS as per government norms applicable

** 30 days of Classroom Training + 18 days of OJT (Salary from day 1)
