Job Title -- Phone Banking Officer / Customer Support Associate (Domestic Voice Process)
Location -- Sector 127, Noida
Process -- Banking
Salary -- Rs. 17500 - 24000 / Month + Incentives
Qualification -- 12th Pass or Above
Job Responsibility --
Engage with customers over calls and build lasting relationships
Promote & upsell banking products and services
Resolve customer queries with accurate solutions
Deliver exceptional customer experience and satisfaction
Achieve targets and earn exciting incentives
Should have Good English communication skills
Ready to adopt new things and good team member.
Shuttle facility available
Shift timings: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Female employees: shifts till 7:00 PM only.
6 days working | Rotational week-offs
