Picker / Packer

Job Summary:

Responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders accurately and efficiently within the warehouse/store to ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick items from shelves as per order requirements

Pack products properly to avoid damage during delivery

Ensure correct quantity and quality of items

Label and prepare orders for dispatch

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace

Follow company safety and hygiene standards

Assist in inventory checks when required

Requirements:

Minimum 10th/12th pass

Basic understanding of warehouse operations

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physically fit (standing, lifting items)

Team player with good coordination skills

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in warehouse/logistics (preferred but not mandatory)

Basic mobile/app handling knowledge

Work Details:

Shift-based job (day/night shifts)

6 days working, 1 day off (rotational)

Location: Dark store / warehouse
