Picker / Packer

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. The ideal candidate will ensure orders are processed efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards.

• Key Responsibilities
• Pick items from inventory according to order lists or handheld scanners
• Pack products securely to prevent damage during transit
• Label packages correctly and prepare them for dispatch
• Check items for accuracy, quality, and defects
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment

• Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous warehouse or packing experience is an advantage
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift items for extended periods
• Basic reading, writing, and counting skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
