Job Title: Pizza & Pasta Cook – Fast Casual Café (QSR Style)

Location: Sector 104, Noida (High Street Market)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a skilled and efficient Pizza & Pasta Cook to join our vibrant café located in the bustling Sector 104 market of Noida. The role is focused on preparing fast-moving Italian and QSR-style dishes such as pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, and more – with an emphasis on speed, taste, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas (thin crust, regular) using deck oven

• Cook classic pasta dishes (white sauce, red sauce, pink sauce, ravioli, lasagne etc.)

• Follow standard recipes and portion sizes for consistency

• Maintain fast and clean workstations during peak hours

• Ensure all orders are packaged properly for online delivery and dine-in

• Prepare sauces, dough, toppings, and ingredients as per daily requirement

• Work alongside the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in pizza/pasta/continental cooking

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen/QSR setup

• Understanding of kitchen hygiene & food safety

• Good at multitasking and managing multiple orders

• Prior experience in cafés, QSR brands (Domino’s, Oven Story, Tossin etc.), or cloud kitchens preferred

Bonus Skills (Preferred, not mandatory):

• Basic knowledge of sandwiches, fries, or other QSR items

• Familiarity with online platforms (Zomato, Swiggy)

• Can handle kitchen prep and inventory
