Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Planning Engineer – Civil with minimum 3 years of experience in residential and industrial projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, coordination, and site supervision to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare project schedules using MS Project (MSP).

Develop baseline programs and track project progress.

Perform project planning, monitoring, and reporting.

Strong understanding and ability to read and interpret civil drawings.

Coordinate with site team, contractors, and consultants.

Conduct regular site supervision to ensure work as per drawings and specifications.

Monitor material requirements and work progress at site.

Ensure project execution within defined timelines and quality standards.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in MS Project (MSP).

Strong knowledge of construction planning and scheduling.

Good command over drawing reading and quantity understanding.

Effective communication and coordination skills.

Experience in handling residential and industrial construction projects.
