PMC Manager-North

Job Title:  PMC Manager-North Region       Entity: Bureau Veritas India Pvt Ltd(BVIL)     Location:Noida         Reports to (job): Head – B&I  

Ø Purpose of Position

 

  • The PMC Manager will lead and manage project management consultancy services for various building and infrastructure projects. This role involves comprehensive oversight of project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, acting as the primary representative for the client to ensure all project objectives and quality standards are met. 
  • The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group Policy(ies)
  • Major Responsibilities

    Ø Execution & Coordination

    Ø Monitoring & Control

    Ø Risk & Compliance Management

    Ø Reporting & Closeout

     

    Qualification and Experience

     

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management or a related technical field. A master’s degree is a plus.
    • Experience: Minimum of 15+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale building or infrastructure projects. Experience in a PMC background is often preferred.
    • Skills:
      • Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
      • In-depth technical knowledge of construction methodologies, processes, materials, and safety standards.
      • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, BIM software).
    • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), or an equivalent certification is highly desirable.
