Capgemini is Hiring – Policy Administration (P&C Auto Insurance).

We’re looking for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in US P&C Auto Insurance to lead backend operations and manage a team of 20-25 members at least.

 Work Mode: 5 Days WFO

 Notice Period: Up to 45 days only

 Experience: 10+ Years

Requirement

• Strong domain knowledge across the P&C Insurance value chain
• Proven leadership in complex operations
• Excellent client communication & stakeholder management
• Experience with automation tools (RPA/AI/Gen AI) is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office & reporting tools
