Job Description: PRM (Asset Reconstruction)

• Experience in Collection and tele calling activities.
• Oversee and Manage portfolio of distressed accounts, ensuring recovery and resolution. 
• Ensure adherence to banking and regulatory guidelines in all assets recovery 
• Coordinating with various legal professionals/teams
• Building/ Maintaining relationships with regulatory authorities/ parties involved. 
• In depth knowledge of asset reconstruction
• Strong understanding of regulatory mechanisms. 
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills. 
• Results driven and analytical mindset.
