Role Summary:

We are looking for a warm, energetic, and passionate Preschool Teacher who loves working with young children and understands play-based, child-centric learning. The teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment for children aged 1.5 to 5 years.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and conduct age-appropriate activities (circle time, rhymes, stories, art & craft, sensory play)
• Implement play-based / experiential learning curriculum
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and motor development
• Maintain classroom discipline with love and positive reinforcement
• Observe and document child development milestones
• Communicate effectively with parents during PTMs and daily updates
• Ensure child safety, hygiene, and well-being at all times
• Collaborate with nannies, centre director, and support staff
• Participate in training, events, celebrations, and school activities

• Required Qualifications
• NTT / ECCE / Montessori / Diploma in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• Graduate / Post-graduate in any stream
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in preschool / playschool
• Freshers with relevant certification and passion may apply
