Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Sr. Pre-Sales Executive (4–5 years) to manage and qualify incoming leads, engage with potential customers, and ensure a smooth handover to the sales team. This role demands proactive communication, strong client-handling skills, and diligent CRM management.


  • Key Responsibilities1. Lead Qualification & Client Interaction Make outbound calls to new leads generated from online/offline campaigns.
  • Understand customer requirements and assess their readiness, budget, location preference, and intent.
  • Qualify and categorize leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Provide accurate and clear information about HouseEazy offerings, property details, and processes.
  • Lead Management & CoordinationMaintain a structured record of all leads with updated statuses, feedback, and call notes.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to relay qualified leads and ensure smooth follow-up.
  • Track feedback from the sales team on lead quality and update CRM accordingly.
  • CRM Maintenance & ReportingUpdate all customer interactions, remarks, and movement within the CRM in real time.
  • Ensure zero data leakage or duplication and maintain hygiene of all entries.
  • Generate daily/weekly lead reports and share performance and status summaries with management.
  • 4. Communication & Collaboration Act as the first point of contact for prospective buyers/sellers.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance lead flow and conversion quality.
  • Suggest improvements in scripts, qualification criteria, and processes based on customer feedback.
  • Key Requirements4–5 years of experience in pre-sales, tele-calling, inside sales, or customer engagement roles (preferably in real estate or similar industries).
  • Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Excellent listening and probing skills to understand customer needs.
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs (Zoho, Salesforce, Sell.do, or similar).
  • Ability to multitask, manage pipelines, and maintain clean data.
  • High ownership, discipline, and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Preferred SkillsExperience in real estate buyer qualification.
  • Understanding of property categories, ticket sizes, and customer budgets.
  • Familiarity with lead funnels and conversion metrics.
