Position: Prefabricated Construction Site Engineer

Industry: Prefab / Modular Construction / Turnkey Interiors

Experience: 1–5years

Reporting to: Project Manager / Operations Head

• 🔧 Key Responsibilities :Execute prefab construction activities on site (PEB/LGSF/drywall/modular systems).
• Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure material compatibility and sequencing.
• Monitor installation quality, alignment, and stability as per drawing and standards.
• Manage site teams, vendors, and lifting equipment operators.
• Prepare daily progress reports, inspection checklists, and handover documents.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones within quality and safety parameters.
• Conduct technical discussions with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Suggest practical solutions during design clashes or site deviations.
• 🛠️ Key Skills & Competencies :In-depth understanding of prefabricated and modular construction systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and basic knowledge of BIM.
• Knowledge of QA/QC protocols and HSE practices at site.
• Strong project coordination, manpower management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret structural/shop drawings.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• 📚 Qualifications: B.E./Diploma in Civil / Structural / Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in prefab, modular, drywall, or steel structure projects preferred.
