Job Description
Job Title: Presales Executive
Qualification: Graduate / MBA Sales preferred)
Job Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable products/services
Prepare and deliver product presentations & demos to clients
Support the sales team in closing deals by providing technical and commercial inputs
Prepare proposals, quotations,
Follow up on leads generated by marketing/sales teams
Maintain CRM records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, operations) to ensure smooth onboarding
Stay updated with product features, industry trends, and competitor analysis
Required Skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Good negotiation and convincing abilities
Basic understanding of sales cycle & customer handling
