Job Description
Toki Enterprises is a global distribution & trading organization involved in buying and selling of Automobile Components. Toki is a leading supplier to large wiring harness making companies.
A candidate needs to perform the activities below on a daily basis:
1. Maintain quotation requests in the excel sheet.
2. Send email to the customers and suppliers for quotations and record the responses in the excel sheet.
3. Negotiate with the suppliers for best prices.
4. Create Purchase Orders and Sales Orders in the Busy Software.
