 Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant – PHP Developer 

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead PHP Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PHP development, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for creating innovative solutions. As a Lead PHP Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing code in PHP, and work with cross functional teams and stakeholders, while maintaining code quality, adhering to agreed-upon timelines guiding the development team, ensuring high-quality code. 

Responsibilities / Required Skills & Experience 

1. Application Development using PHP, MySQL and jQuery or any JavaScript Framework. 

2. Hands-on experience on HTML, CSS, JavaScript and front-end frameworks such as React or Angular 

3. Proficiency in MySQL, Document DB, Mongo DB or other relational databases, including database design and optimization 

4. Proficiency in writing REST-full services for web applications, Unix/ Linux and MVC Architecture. 

5. Experience with AWS Cloud platform including EC2, ECS, S3, Glacier, Route 53, VPC, CloudFront and Lambda. 

6. Experience Creating, maintaining, testing, and debugging the entire back end of an application or system. 

7. Experience with entire product development lifecycle including the design, development, deployment and maintenance of new and existing features 

8. Proficient using GIT, Jenkins or any other CI/CD tools. 

9. Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills. 

10. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment 

Desired Attributes 

1. Solution-driven, with sharp problem-solving and execution focus. 

2. Organized and estimates well; supports sprint forecasting. 

3. Adaptable to evolving product and business requirements 

4. Experience working in methodologies using Agile, Scrum 

5. Exposure to Yii Framework, Laravel 

Minimum qualifications/skills 

• Good Communication 

• Critical Problem-Solving Skills  

• Experience in writing highly secure web applications 

• Experience with core AWS web-enabling technologies 

Preferred qualifications  

• Bachelor’s degree in business information systems (IS), computer science or related field, or equivalent-related IT experience
