PRINTER ENGINEER

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled DTF & Sublimation Printer Engineer to install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot DTF and sublimation printing machines. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of printers, inks, software, and print quality control to ensure smooth production and minimum downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, setup, and calibration of DTF and Sublimation printers
• Daily operation and monitoring of printing machines
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Performing preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Head cleaning, alignment, nozzle checks, and ink system maintenance
• RIP software handling (Maintop, Kongsberg, EKPrint, Flexi, etc.)
• Color management and print quality optimization
• Ink, film, paper, powder, and consumable management
• Training operators on proper machine usage and safety
• Maintaining service reports and maintenance logs
• Coordinating with suppliers for spare parts and technical support
• Ensuring minimum machine downtime and high productivity

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Hands-on experience with DTF printers and Sublimation printers
• Strong understanding of print heads (Epson, i3200, DX5, XP600, etc.)
• Knowledge of RIP software and color profiles
• Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to diagnose ink flow, banding, color mismatch, and head issues
• Familiarity with printer electronics, sensors, motors, and boards
• Good problem-solving and time-management skills

Qualification & Experience

• ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in DTF & Sublimation printer handling
