A Printing Machine Operator sets up, operates, and maintains printing presses (digital, offset, flexographic) to produce high-quality printed materials according to job specifications. They monitor production for quality control, perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. 

• Machine Setup & Operation: Install plates/cylinders, load paper/ink, and adjust rollers to prepare for production runs.
• Quality Control: Monitor printing processes, perform color checks, and inspect finished products for alignment and accuracy.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform daily, weekly, or monthly cleaning and minor repairs to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Production Management: Adhere to strict production deadlines while managing, organizing, and prioritizing print orders.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean work environment and follow all safety protocols.
