Process Coordinator/ Executive

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a smart, research-driven AI & Digital Marketing Executive who can

support marketing operations using AI tools, conduct market and competitor research,

and create data-backed digital content for both Vrinda Papers and Hashtag Education.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Conduct market, competitor, and industry research (Paper industry trends,

EdTech, product updates).

● Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gemini, etc.) for content creation, research

summaries, workflows, and automations.

● Assist in digital marketing activities: social media content, basic SEO, emailers,

and online campaigns.

● Build AI-powered WhatsApp follow-up sequences and basic automation flows.

● Prepare weekly research reports on market demand, product trends, and

marketing ideas.

● Support website updates, landing pages, and LinkedIn outreach.

● Create content drafts, marketing scripts, and visuals using AI.

SKILLS REQUIRED

● Strong research and analytical capabilities

● AI tool proficiency (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.)

● Good writing and communication skills

● Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO & social media

● Ability to learn and adapt quickly
