What would you do? We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive fresher to join our procurement team as a Vendor Master Data Executive. This role involves maintaining accurate vendor records, ensuring compliance with client policies, and supporting smooth procurement processes. Create and maintain vendor master data in ERP systems. Verify vendor details such as company name, address, tax information, and banking details. Assist in onboarding new vendors basis the provided documentation. Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and data governance policies. Coordinate with client stakeholders, procurement, finance, and compliance teams for vendor-related queries Architect master data solutions across platforms to consolidate content, synchronize data, provide centralized maintenance of unified data, enable rich product content management and print publishing as well as to synchronize global data ensuring consistency and control of master data elements.
