Role Objective: To develop commercially viable food products while ensuring quality consistency,

cost optimization, and compliant sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and finalize product formulations, specifications, and shelf-life standards

• Conduct raw material vendor identification and evaluation

• Negotiate procurement contracts and ensure cost efficiency

• Monitor quality parameters (moisture, microbiological limits, packaging integrity)

• Coordinate lab testing and FSSAI compliance

• Conduct product trials and pilot runs

• Maintain product costing sheets and BOMs

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of food science / FMCG procurement

• Vendor negotiation ability

• Understanding of regulatory food standards
