Job Description - Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

² Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities

² Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, and site teams

² Prepare and maintain project schedules, trackers, and status reports

² Ensure timely availability of materials, drawings, and approvals

² Follow up with vendors and subcontractors for deliveries and services

² Maintain project documentation, records, and MIS reports

² Track project costs and support budget control activities

² Communicate project updates to management and clients

² Identify project risks and escalate issues to the Project Manager

² Support site coordination and client meetings when required

Required Skills & Competencies:

Ø Strong coordination and communication skills

Ø Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Ø Problem-solving and follow-up skills

Ø Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint (MS Project is a plus)

Ø Ability to work under deadlines and pressure
