• 🌟 What You’ll DoOwn end-to-end delivery of software development projects in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Act as the primary client partner—understanding their vision, shaping requirements, and ensuring delight at every milestone.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, designers) to prioritize, plan, and execute sprints.
• Drive epics, user stories, and sprint backlogs with precision while keeping an eye on big-picture goals.
• Anticipate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure projects stay on scope, timeline, and budget.
• Continuously improve processes, encourage innovation, and keep energy high across teams.
• 🎯 What We’re Looking For3+ years of experience managing tech/software projects (Agile/Scrum exposure is a must).
• Strong client-facing skills—you can explain tech to non-tech and vice versa.
• Proven ability to own projects—from kickoff to delivery—with minimal hand-holding.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving chops.
• A mix of strategic thinking and tactical execution—you can zoom out and dive in when needed.
