Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all project deliverables are executed on time, within scope, and according to quality standards while managing client expectations and coordination across internal teams, contractors, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, execute, and monitor interior fit-out projects while ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards

2. Lead project meetings, site visits, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle

3. Coordinate with designers, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution

4. Prepare project schedules, risk assessments, BOQs, and progress reports

5. Monitor site activities, enforce safety standards, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

6. Manage procurement, resource allocation, and contract negotiations as required

7. Identify and resolve issues or delays proactively to maintain project continuity

8. Develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction

Required Qualifications & Skills

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Project Management, Architecture, or a related discipline

* 5–10 years of proven experience in project management within interior fit-out, construction, or commercial infrastructure

* Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team-management abilities

* Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar)

* Excellent budgeting, negotiation, and documentation skills

* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

* Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Attributes

* Experience in corporate office fit-outs, turnkey projects, or commercial interiors

* Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards

* PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
