Project Manager – Civil (Interior Fit-Outs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager with a background in Civil Engineering to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of interior fit-out and civil projects. The ideal candidate should have 6–7 years of hands-on experience in commercial fit-outs, including project execution, site supervision, and vendor management, preferably within the corporate interiors or commercial construction sector.

Primary job location will be Noida; however, the position is transferable and may require relocation to any project site across India based on organizational and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee execution of site activities in coordination with internal teams and vendors.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and safety norms.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
• Prepare daily progress reports, maintain site documentation, and manage billing and BOQ verification.
• Track material requirements and ensure timely procurement and delivery to the site.
• Attend client meetings and effectively resolve site-related issues.
• Maintain proper records of drawings, measurements, and project progress updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
• Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred)

Experience:

• Minimum 6 to 7 years of experience in civil construction or interior fit-out projects

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out execution, civil works, BOQs, and specifications
• Understanding of construction materials, methods, and quality standards
• Experience in project documentation, billing, and site coordination

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
