Pre-Sales JD:
Highly technical and analytical, possess 10+ years of current solution architecture (implementation/consulting) experience.

Experience architecting infrastructure monitoring tools in 2 or more technologies like CA Tools (Nimsoft, SOI, Spectrum etc.,), IBM Tools (Tivoli Monitoring, Netcool (NOI) etc.,) BMC Tools (Truesight, BPPM etc.,), Microsoft Tools (SCOM, OMS etc.,), Application monitoring (Appdynamics, Dynatrace etc, CA APM etc.,)

Knowledge of open source tools like Nagios, Native tools (Storage monitoring, Backup monitoring) etc.,

Experience in integration of various tools and dependent technologies

Good knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, AIX etc.,)

Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
