Property Manager

We are looking for a responsible Property Manager to manage our Paying Guest (PG) accommodation. The candidate will be responsible for property maintenance, tenant management, housekeeping supervision, and booking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee repair and maintenance of the property.

• Manage housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness of the premises.

• Handle tenant bookings, check-ins, and onboarding.

• Coordinate food and accommodation arrangements for residents.

• Maintain records of occupancy, tenant details, and payments.

• Ensure smooth daily operations of the PG facility.

Requirements:

• Basic experience in property/hostel/PG management preferred.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to handle tenants and service staff efficiently.
