Property Manager

Role OverviewThe Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, maintenance, occupancy, and resident experience across Blossom Stayz properties in Noida. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving ability, and customer service orientation to ensure every property runs smoothly and profitably.

• Key Responsibilities1. Operations & MaintenanceEnsure all facilities (electricity, water, housekeeping, internet, etc.) run seamlessly.
• Conduct daily inspections for cleanliness, upkeep, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with facility, housekeeping, and vendor teams for timely issue resolution.
• Maintain stock of consumables (bedsheets, cleaning materials, etc.) and track usage.
• 2. Tenant ManagementWelcome new residents and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
• Address complaints, maintenance requests, and feedback within defined SLAs.
• Maintain positive community engagement through proactive communication.
• 3. Revenue & OccupancySupport sales and operations teams in maintaining high occupancy levels.
• Track collections, rent dues, and manage payment follow-ups.
• Monitor move-ins, move-outs, and ensure minimal vacancy loss.
• 4. Reporting & ComplianceSubmit daily operational reports on occupancy, maintenance, and escalations.
• Maintain property documentation (agreements, vendor invoices, visitor logs).
• Ensure compliance with all safety and local authority guidelines.
• RequirementsMinimum 2–4 years of experience in property management, hospitality.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on attitude and ability to manage multiple sites.
• Proficiency in Excel, WhatsApp Business, and basic tech tools.
• Willingness to travel within the Noida cluster.
