Job Description
📋 *Key Responsibilities*
* Vendor sourcing and price negotiation
* Creating Purchase Orders (PO)
* Managing GRN and vendor invoices
* Coordinating with outlets and central kitchen
* Ensuring timely supply of ingredients & packaging
* Tracking inventory requirements
* Maintaining purchase records and reports
✅ *Requirements*
* 1–3 years experience in *Restaurant / Café / F&B purchasing*
* Knowledge of *inventory and procurement processes*
* Basic *Excel knowledge required*
* Experience with *Petpooja POS preferred*
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
