KRA's :-

• Implement and oversee CMMI processes and maturity levels
• Establish quality governance frameworks and procedures
• Conduct and manage quality audits across the GEC organization
• Analyze internal audit findings on Quarterly and Yearly basis to identify CAPA.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on audit findings
• Collaborate with teams to implement quality management systems
• Create and present quality performance reports to management
• Collaborate with teams to implement quality management systems
• Manage external auditor relationships and certification processes
• Conduct Quality Assurance trainings and perform workshops

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Years of professional experience with minimum 4 years in Quality Assurance and Audits
• Understanding of AWS/Azure cloud platforms
• Understanding of product lifecycle – mechanical, electronics and software
• Certifications (added advantage) CMMI Lead Appraiser (CHML), Lean Six Sigma (Green or Blak Belt)

Skills and Abilities Required:

• Strong background in quality auditing and compliance
• Proven experience in CMMI implementation
• Should have good experience in conducting various QA checks for software and products
• Experience in establishing quality governance frameworks
• Excellent reporting and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Can-do positive attitude, always looking to accelerate development.
