We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our growing team in Noida.

💼 Experience: 1–3 Years

📚 Domain: Collections & Recovery

💰 CTC: ₹3 – 4 LPA

🔍 Key Responsibilities

✔️ Monitor and audit customer interactions (calls/emails/chats)

✔️ Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards

✔️ Provide actionable feedback and coaching to agents

✔️ Prepare quality reports and performance analysis

✔️ Identify gaps and drive process improvements

🎯 What We’re Looking For

✅ 1–3 years of QA experience in Collections/Recovery

✅ Strong knowledge of debt collection processes

✅ Excellent communication and analytical skills

✅ High attention to detail

✅ Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
