Quality Analyst

Role & Responsibilities:

• Own a Quality Focus Area and all the features and needs in it
• Establish and evolve formal Quality processes, ensuring that the team is using industry accepted best practices
• Engage in discussions with cross-functional teams in coming up with better quality solutions at an organizational level
• Create andmaintainQuality documentation
• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated) as per product requirements
• Log,track and close defects and bugsthroughout the software development process
• Define and analyze metrics, KPIs to efficiently track and improve progress

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Need people who are Logical & Rational
• Knowledge of JIRA
• People who have good verbal and written communication skills
